Refund Policy - Short and Sweet
In the event where a customer may find the need to ask for a refund, the customer can reach out to us directly via phone number or email, each are attached to the website and given to the customer in formal paperwork. If work has already been completed on a vehicle, we can not issue a refund, if the customer feels there was an issue with our work, we will work together to fix the issue, either by offering complementary service or giving half off. Once service is complete and we can verify no issue on our end, we cannot issue a refund.

In the event where the service is subpar, new scratches or dents are found on the vehicle specifically from one of our workers that cannot be fixed with complementary services, please contact us and send us photos and a detailed report and we will work with you to ensure you are properly satisfied.
